Home Made Ice Cream + Freebies

Hey girl,

Are you gettin' in your summer groove yet?

I sure feel like I am! I've been staying up much later and hitting snooze way too many times in the morning. We've crossed off quite a few things from our Summer Bucket List already and have a fun beach trip coming up soon.
(But, don't even get me started on the swimsuit subject right now!)

The other day we made home made ice cream (my first time to attempt the recipe by myself.) It turned out just fine until I realized I added Butter Extract instead of Vanilla. Let's just say it tasted a little more like cake batter than the classic vanilla! Thankfully, the kids didn't know the difference!

I love this time of year and the fun that it brings! Having little babes makes these seasons fun and exciting. Eli is always ready to try something new and it makes running in a new sprinkler feel like magic when you get to watch this face light up!

We've cut our workweek into four days which leaves more time for these fun summer days and lets us spend more time together!

I hope you've had a few fun days yourself! It's such a breath of fresh air to make small changes in your schedule that let you have fun with your kids or some "mamma" time.
It really changes things for me!

If you haven't been able to do that yet start with something small and simple!

I wanted to help jump start your summer, so I created a few summer freebies for you to get in the summer mood and take advantage of these warm days!

Print them out on cardstock and stick them in a cute frame!
Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

They're a great way to bring the summer season into your home and hopefully a reminder to celebrate every season of life!
