Am I the only one that feels behind before I even wake up in the morning?
The big list of "To do's" can send me into an armpit sweat faster than I can blink.
Throw in Christopher being on shift that day and I'm a basket case! Juggling three kids under 4 has definitely tested my patience!
That's where grace comes in. and coffee. Lots of both.
One of my favorite books is
Simple Abundance by Sarah Ban Breathnach. Someone introduced me to it while I was in college and I'm so glad they did.
I've gained so much perspective and insight through reading it.
A favorite quote and one that's been my mantra many days is
"Blessed is the woman that knows her limits."
Most days I repeat this to myself and remember that I don't HAVE to do it all.
In fact, I'm not supposed to do it all.
So many of us put so much pressure on ourselves when we really don't have to. So, take some time to slow down and enjoy your coffee. Enjoy your babies and enjoy your life, sweet friend.
I've created a printable for you because we all need a little reminding of just how great we are!
Print it out. Stick it on your fridge, in your office, on your mirror and anywhere that you need a little reminding that no one has called us to be Superwoman.
We're just called to be the best that we can be.
